Here a great website for tracking food and calculating your vitamin intake for the day. My clients use it- they like it and helps them keep up with calories! So they won't under eat or over eat defeating the purpose of working out. Remember nutrition is 75% of your results. Working out is only 25% however, both need to be equal for perfect results.
